活性黑KN-B在石墨烯表面的吸附行为

摘    要:采用石墨烯作为吸附剂,以活性黑KN-B为目标污染物模拟染料废水,考察吸附法处理活性黑KN-B模拟染料废水的影响因素及活性黑KN-B在石墨烯表面的吸附行为。结果表明:在投加2 g/L石墨烯,pH值为5.0,振荡速率为100 r/min, 40 ℃恒温下振荡60 min,吸附处理50 mg/L活性黑KN-B染料废水50 mL,对活性黑KN-B的去除率可达到94%,且稳定可行。研究发现,可利用Langmuir吸附等温线和准二级动力学描述活性黑KN-B在石墨烯表面的吸附行为,即单分子层化学吸附。

ADSORPTION BEHAVIOR OF REACTIVE BLACK KN-B ON GRAPHENE SURFACE

Abstract:Using graphene as the adsorbent, and reactive black KN-B as the target pollutant to simulate dye wastewater, the influencing factors of adsorption treatment of reactive black KN-B simulated dye wastewater and the adsorption behavior of reactive black KN-B on graphene surface were investigated. The results showed that under the optimum reaction condition of adding 2 g/L of graphene in 50 mL solution, pH value was 5.0, oscillating rate was 100 r/min, oscillating at 40 ℃ for 60 min, the removal rate of absorption 50 mg/L reactive black KN-B dye wastewater could reach 94%. It was found that Langmuir adsorption isotherm and quasi-second-order kinetics could be used to describe the adsorption behavior of reactive black KN-B on graphene surface, and then this course could be defined as monolayer chemisorption.
