摘    要:采用改进型UNITANK和BAF工艺对东北制药总厂综合废水进行了试验研究 ,阐述了主要工艺原理 ,CODCr的去除效率可达到 90 %以上。对于高浓度废水可以使出水CODCr≤ 5 0 0mg L。整个废水处理系统具有运行稳定、处理效果好和处理成本低的特点 ,为工程建设提供了有力的依据和保障。

Abstract:Adopting the improved UNITANK and BAF methods, the pharmaceutical complex wastewater from Northeast General Pharmaceutical Factory (NEGPF) is studied. The key process principle is presented. Removal rate of COD Cr of this process is more than 90%. For disposing high concentrate wastewater, COD Cr of effluent is less than 500 mL/L. The treatment system can provide a powerful basis and guarantee for NEGPF's engineering construction due to its steady running, high efficiency and low treatment cost.
