燃油锅炉烟气尿素法同时脱硫脱氮技术

摘    要:针对2th燃油锅炉烟气,采用尿素添加剂湿法同时脱硫脱氮技术进行治理。通过工程应用试验,确定工程运行时液气比为3Lm3,吸收剂尿素浓度为5%,添加剂浓度随其种类不同而不同。工程环保验收各指标均优于当地标准。

Abstract:The technology of SO_2 and NO_x removal on the basis of urea and additives can be used to dispose exhaust gas discharged from 2 t/h oil-fired boiler.Through the practical debugging experiment,the operating liquid/gas ratio is confirmed as 3.0,the urea concentration is 5.0%,the concentration of additives is different according to their kinds.All checking indicators for the disposed gas are prior to the local environmental criteria.
