摘    要:针对传统的膜生物反应器(MBR)的缺陷进行了如下改进:以生物膜替代传统的高分子滤膜,作为出水端膜分离部件;以固定化微生物系统替代传统的MBR工艺中悬浮性微生物系统,形成了生物膜—膜生物反应器(BMBR)。试验结果表明,系统稳定后,在气水比8∶1~10∶1,HRT3~4h的条件下,COD、NH3-N的去除率分别达到85%、90%以上,同时膜污染得到了有效控制。与MBR相比具有良好的经济性能,具有较好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:The following improvements were made,which was directed against the defects of the traditional membrane bioreactor (MBR):The traditional macromolecule strain membrane was substituted with biomembrane as the separate part of water terminal; the suspended microorganism in traditional MBR was substituded with immobilized microorganism;and a biofilm-membrane bioreactor (BMBR) was formed. The test results showed that during the steady operation period,under the conditions of gas-water ratio 8∶1 to 10∶1 and HRT 3—4 h,the removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N was 85% and 90%,respectively. Meanwhile,membrane fouling has been effectively controlled. As compared with the MBR,BMBR has better economic performance and has a bright future.
