A/DAT-IAT生物膜工艺与活性污泥法处理高含盐废水对比试验

摘    要:主要研究A/DAT-IAT(前置厌氧/好氧-间歇曝气池)生物膜工艺的启动,并将该工艺处理高含盐废水的结果与活性污泥法进行比较。结果表明,在总水力停留时间(HRT)为13.5h、pH=7.5、25℃、含盐量为60g/L(以NaCl计)的条件下,A/DAT-IAT生物膜工艺的启动时间为8d,比活性污泥法缩短了10d左右。待反应器运行稳定后,A/DAT-IAT生物膜工艺对CODCr、NH4+-N、PO43--P的去除率分别为80.3%、79.0%、92.4%,反应器内微生物量为11.3g/L;A/DAT-IAT生物膜工艺与活性污泥法相比,CODCr、NH4+-N、PO43--P去除率分别提高了5.8%、11.2%、16.9%,微生物量增加了3.1g/L。

Abstract:It was compared the activated sludge process with A/DAT-IAT(anaerobic/demand aeration tank-intermittent aeration tank)bio-film process to treat the wastewater with high salinity.It was showed,under the condition of hydraulic retention time (HRT) 13.5 h,pH 7.5,temperature 25 ℃, the salinity 60 g/L (using NaCl to mark the salinity),the removal rates of COD_ Cr ,NH~+_4-N,PO~ 3- _4-P were 80.3%,79.0% and 92.4% respectively in A/DAT-IAT bio-film process and the biomass in the reactor was 11.3 g/L.At the same time,comparison of A/DAT-IAT bio-film process with activated sludge process,the removal rates of COD_ Cr ,NH~+_4-N,PO~ 3- _4-P increased by 5.8%,11.2%,16.9% respectively,and the biomass increased by 3.1 g/L.
