| Abstract: | According to the definition of grey relational grade, a grey decision making evaluation model of planning of urban wastewater treatment plant reformation (WTP) is established and the levels in eleven major wastewater treatment plants are evaluated by this model.The result shows that the decision making model of the planning of urban WTP reformation basically conforms to the reality. |
