餐厨垃圾资源化技术进展及发展方向研究

摘    要:餐厨垃圾是指餐饮食物加工产生的下脚料和食用的残余物,主要含有谷物类、蔬菜类、肉类、动植物油等。从食品安全和餐厨垃圾资源化的角度出发,分析了堆肥技术、沼气化技术、生物柴油技术等资源化处理技术,介绍了餐厨垃圾资源化技术的研究进展,提出了餐厨垃圾资源化处理的发展方向。

Abstract:Food residue is commonly known as hogwash,which mainly includes grain,vegetables,meat,animal and plant oil,water,different sundry,etc.It was summarized the generation of food garbage and harm,the necessity of the recycling of the waste.Several treating techniques,such as the aerobic compost,anaerobic digestion,biological fermentation,etc was introduced.The progress and development direction of the food refuse resources processing technologies were also proposed.
