氧化铬渣培烧过程中有机废气的治理

摘    要:对氧化铬焦油渣焙烧处理中含尘、酸、苯及苯系物烟气的治理,提出一级喷淋水膜除尘并回收低浓度醋酸,二级涅式捕集苯系有机物净化技术。运行结果表明,该工艺醋酸回收率达95%,苯、甲苯、二甲苯去除率分别达到97.9%、99.7%、99.9%,达到了国家规定的排放标准。

Abstract:The purificatian technology, also named dust remover of spray water film with recovering acetic acid of low concentration at stage one and wet process to collect benzene hydrocarbon at stage two, is been raised to dispose the waste gas containing dust, acid, benzene together with its hydrocarbon while roasting tar residue of chromic oxide. The running results show that the rate of recovery of acetic acid is 95 %, and the rates of removal of benzene, methyl benzene and dimethyl benzene are 97.9%, 99.7%and 99.9% respectively. The exhaust gas conforms to the national emission standard.
