| 摘 要： | 针对报废弹药安全销毁所面临的严峻形势,分析了炸毁失效的危害,将危害分析与关键控制点方法引入到弹药炸毁作业管理中,具体描述了控制危害发生的工艺过程关键控制点的确定,旨在作业时采取预防性措施,确保弹药的安全可靠销毁。

| Abstract: | The harm of destruction failure was analyzed in view of critical conditions in safe destroy of waste ammunitions.The Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point（HACCP）was applied to operation management of destroying waste ammunitions.The determination of critical control points was introduced.The purpose was to provide reference for taking preventative measure during the operation to ensure safe and reliable destruction of waste ammunitions. |
