振动试验夹具设计的疲劳分析

摘    要:根据动力学特性,振动试验往往要求夹具有较高的固有频率和阻尼;根据振动台的使用情况,要求夹具质量尽可能轻;制作工艺要求夹具尽可能地保持整体性。但是,对于影响试验安全的疲劳问题,一般都不进行夹具疲劳验算。通过实例,说明夹具会在振动试验中出现疲劳破坏。对于某些特殊情况下的振动试验,对夹具的疲劳验算是必不可少的。

Abstract:During vibration test,fixture was required to be high natural frequency and damping from dynamic characteristic;light weight was required from application practice;integrity was required from manufacturing technology.Fatigue of t fixture which influenced test safety directly was generally not checked with computation.Fatigue breakage of fixture in vibration test was explained with example.It was concluded that fatigue analysis of fixture are necessary for some special circumstances.
