电流探头分析设计

摘    要:分析了电流探头的两大技术指标,传输阻抗及传输阻抗宽频平坦度,并从电流探头物理结构模型出发,构建了电流探头的电路模型,推导出传输阻抗的计算公式,并从电路模型出发,分析了绕线电阻、端接电阻、分布电容对传输阻抗的影响。

Abstract:Characteristic of current probe,transfer impedance,and smooth frequency range was analyzed.The circuit model of current probe was build and the expressions of transfer impedance were induced after analyzing the physical structural model of current probe.According to the circuit model,the influence of coil impedance,terminal resistor,and distributing capacitance on transfer impedance was analyzed.
