摘    要:总结了16个试验站点的碳钢、锌、铜3种金属材料的第1年大气腐蚀暴露试验结果,并利用灰色关联度分析方法分析了金属材料腐蚀速率与大气环境因素的相关性。研究表明,碳钢、铜的腐蚀速率与大气SO2关联度最大,锌的腐蚀速率与降水酸度、相对湿度关联度最大。这些都体现出酸性湿环境的强大气腐蚀性,表明当前的大气腐蚀因子仍以酸沉降为主。

Abstract:This paper summarized the results obtained from the first year atmospheric corrosion test of carbon steel, zinc and copper exposed at 16 sites, then grey relational grade analysis method was employed to explore the correlation between air pollution and atmospheric corrosion rate of metals. As was showed by the results, the corrosion rate of carbon steel and copper is best correlated with atmospheric S02, and the corrosion rate of zinc is best correlated with precipitation acidity and relative humidity. All of these reflect the strong corrosivity of acid and moist environment, and it can be safely concluded that the most corrosive factor in the current atmospheric environment is still predominated by acid deposition.
