风电机组抗冰冻设计

摘    要:我国南方高海拔风电场冬季温度低、湿度大,风电机组受冰冻影响非常普遍,且较为严重,冰冻现象导致风电机组发电量损失,甚至引发严重的安全事故。针对南方风电场环境,提出风电机组抗冰冻设计。桨叶同时采用被动式涂层技术和主动式加热技术;风速风向仪选用抗冰冻超声波式;导流罩和机舱罩外壳采用流线型设计;控制程序采用机组冰载报警和主动除冰控制策略等。采用的抗冰冻设计应用于云南某风电场样机,有效地解决了风电机组覆冰现象,发电量明显高于同类型其他机组,为风电机组抗冰冻设计提供了一定的指导。

Abstract:Because of low temperature and high humidity in high altitudes wind farms in south China,the wind turbine generators were affected by freezing frequently and heavily,which causes total power generation losing and even safety problems.According to these reasons,anti-freezing design of wind turbine generator was proposed.The passive coating technique and the active heating technique were introduced in blade design;ultrasonic anemometer was chosen in wind turbine;the nacelle and the cover of hub were designed in streamlined;and the anti-freezing control strategy was added in the master control program.These designs were tested in a Yunnan wind farm.The result showed that the freezing problem was solved successfully;the total power generation is significantly higher than the other units.The purpose was to provide reference for anti-freezing design of wind turbine generator.
