基于ANSYS仿真的引信振动强化试验夹具设计

摘    要:在引信振动强化试验中,对夹具的性能具有很高的要求。利用夹具设计理论对夹具所用材料、结构进行分析,并在有限元分析的基础上,利用ANSYS软件对所设计的引信夹具进行了模态分析,得出了夹具的固有频率,使之能够满足引信强化振动试验的要求。通过实验验证了仿真的有效性,从而为引信夹具的设计提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:The requirement on performance of fixture for fuze is strict in vibration enhancement test.The material and structure of fixture was analyzed with fixture design theory.The modal of the fuze fixture was analyzed using ANSYS software on the basis of finite element method analysis.The natural frequency of the fixture was determined to make the fuze fixture satisfy the requirement of enhancement vibration test.The validity of the simulation was verified with experiment.The purpose was to provide new method for...
