低成本轻质复合蒙布在飞艇尾翼中的应用

目的研究一种低成本轻质复合蒙布设计,为中小型飞艇尾翼提供蒙皮材料。方法通过材料选型、连接设计、典型的复合蒙布性能测试。结果实现了该型蒙布在某大型飞艇尾翼中的应用,表现出了良好的力学性能、可靠性与维修性。结论结构质量与同等强度的气囊材料相比约轻30%。同时,该型复合蒙布还可用于飞艇框架结构的装饰,具有较高的使用价值。

Application of low cost and light composite skinin the airship empennage

Objective In this paper, a low cost and light composite skin design was introduced which can be used in empennage of middle and small size airship. This kind of composite skin has many advantages, such as light weight, excellent mechanical, and can easily obtain good aerodynamic configuration. Methods The research methods included material selection, connection design and typical skin performance test. Results The result of performance test showed that the composite skin has excellent mechanical, high reliability, and good maintainability. Conclusion Compared with the envelop materials, the structure weight can reduce by 30%. Besides, this kind of composite skin has other use value in the decoration of airship truss structure.
