典型装备备件消耗规律研究

摘    要:目的制订合理的备件保障计划,提高备件保障工作的科学性。方法通过对某典型装备中正态寿命件和伽马寿命件修理方法的分析,依据更新过程理论以及概率论和数理统计方法,建立典型装备正态寿命件和伽马寿命件的消耗规律数学模型,并举例说明。结果通过示例,证明了建立的备件消耗规律数学模型具有较好的适用性。结论依据备件的消耗规律,可以为建制单位实现备件的精确化保障提供理论依据。

Consumption Models of Spare Parts in Typical Equipment
Abstract:Objective Nearly all the segments about spare parts include acquisition, storage, supplying and management have close connections with the spare parts consumption information. The spare parts consumption rule has a great significance on all the segments about spare parts include acquisition, storage, supplying and management and improve the scientificalness of spare parts support. Method Through making a analysis of the maintenance method of spare parts whose life submit to normal distribution and gamma distribution in some typical equipment, this paper has established consumption models of spare parts whose life submit to normal distribution and gamma distribution in typical equipment, according to stochastic processes and probability theory and mathematical statistics. Results Applicability of the models are given by way of a numerical example. Conclusion The models provide a theoretical basis for calculating reserves of spare parts scientifically and have the vital important guiding significance.
