天线罩涂层海洋环境下老化行为研究

摘    要:通过南海海洋大气环境下户外大气暴露对几种不同天线罩涂层工艺进行了老化试验,运用光泽、颜色、粉化率和SEM测试了涂层在户外大气暴露的性能变化和表面形貌,并进行对比分析。结果表明,在南海海洋大气环境中,工艺玻璃钢板/雷达罩底漆/浅灰聚氨酯漆涂层样品耐侯性较好;工艺玻璃钢板/环氧聚酰胺/弹性聚氨酯磁漆涂层和工艺钢/镀锌/铁红环氧底漆/烤氨基磁漆涂层耐侯性较差;工艺钢/镀锌/铁红过氯乙烯底漆/军绿过氯乙烯磁漆耐侯性最差。

Abstract:Several radome coatings were exposed to outdoor atmospheric environment in Xisha.Detection of gloss,color,and degree of chalking,as well as SEM inspection were applied to evaluate the change of performance.The results were analyzed and compared.It was showed that the anti-weathering of grey polyurethane coating with radome primer and GFRP substrates is preferable;the anti-weathering of springiness polyurethane magnetic coating with EPA primer and GFRP substrates and the anti-weathering of AF magnetism with iron red EP primer and Q195 substrates are poor;the anti-weathering of green CPVC coating with iron red CPVC primer and Q195 substrates is the worst.
