摘    要:目的突破关键技术,获得适用于大型气候实验室的高低温环境模拟系统方案。方法通过分析大型气候实验室载冷/载热系统和空气处理系统的工作原理和工作模式,指出高低温环境模拟系统在可能遇到的极端温度下存在的安全风险,从低温试验工况推断出换热器结霜的必然性。根据载冷剂物性设计规避系统安全风险和融霜的技术方案。结果在AS-6系统和CH2CL2系统的二次循环中设计了充注/排空功能,规避了载冷/载热系统的安全风险。设计了内外融霜结合的融霜方案,进行换热器融霜。结论试验和工程应用证明,通过增加载冷剂充注/排空方案和换热器融霜方案完善的大型气候实验室的高低温环境模拟系统方案合理可行,采用的关键技术可以指导类似系统设计。

Abstract:Objective To break through key technology and obtain the high and low temperature environment simulation system scheme for large climatic laboratory. Methods The workflow and work model of the secondary refrigerant system and air handling system were analyzed. Safety risks of the high and low temperature environment simulation system at extreme temperature were found. The necessity of frost in exchanger in low temperature test was deduced. Then a technical scheme for avoiding safety risk and frost was developed for secondary refrigerant. Results A charge/drain function is designed for secondary circulation of AS-6 and CH2CL2 systems to avoid the safety risks of secondary refrigerant. The inner and outer defrosting systems are combined to defrost the exchanger. Conclusion The auxiliary system solves the safety and frost problems in the temperature simulation systems and can be used in other similar projects.
