金属用水性隔热防腐涂料的研制

摘    要:以水性丙烯酸树脂作为成膜物质,配合多种防锈颜填料,以空心玻璃微珠为隔热填料,制备出了集防腐隔热于一体的单组分水性防腐隔热涂料。采用常规性能测试、隔热能力测试、电化学测试技术、扫描电镜观察对涂层进行了性能测试及表征,确定涂料配方PVC值为30%,空心微珠的添加量为8%时,涂料综合性能最好。

Abstract:Using waterborne acrylic resin as main film-forming material,hollow glass bead as heat-insulating pigments,a kind of waterborne acrylic anticorrosion and heat-insulating paint was formulated by adding anticorrosive pigments.The paints were analyzed by the test of routine properties,heat-insulating ability,electrochemical technology,and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The optimal PVC of this paint was decided as 30% and the optimal amount of hollow glass bead is 8%.
