防腐涂层西沙户外试验与氙灯试验对比分析

摘    要:以8种船用电子设备防腐涂层为研究对象,开展西沙户外暴露试验和氙灯光老化试验。从外观评级、光泽度、色差3个方面进行了评价与对比分析,探讨了涂层材料在2种试验条件下的老化现象及其差异性,研究了其在不同应力条件下的老化特征及老化原因。结果表明,参试涂层体系西沙户外2 a的老化程度高于氙灯光60 d的老化程度。

Abstract:8 kinds of anticorrosive coating system used in ship electronic equipment were studied.They were exposed to Xisha outdoor and Xenon-arc equipment.The testing results were evaluated from appearance,gloss,color.The test results of different test methods,aging phenomena and difference of the coating under different stress were analyzed.The aging characteristics and causes were discussed and comparatively analyzed.The research results showed that the aging grade of two years in Xisha outdoor was worse than that of 60 days in Xenon-arc equipment.
