摘    要:在7475铝合金的超塑性变形过程中对试样通以脉冲电流,发现脉冲电流能提高该合金的超塑性变形性能,并使晶内位错呈顺电子流动方向排列的形态。分析认为这种位错形态产生于电子风力对位错运动的促进作用。对于位错电子风力的计算引入了两种方法,这两种计算方法所得出的位错电子风力都与电流密度成正比。

Abstract:Current pulses were introduced into 7475 Al alloy when undergoing superplastic deformation. The currents were found to be able to strengthen its superplastic deformation ability, and enable the dislocations inside the deformed metals arranged along the direction parallel to the flowing direction of electrons. This unique dislocation morphology is considered coming from the electron-wind-force enhanced dislocation mobility. Two methods are adopted to calculate the electron-wind-force. Both approaches draw the same conclusion that the electron wind force is proportional to the electric density.
