军用飞机长期封存防腐理论研究与实践

阐述了飞机长期封存的基本原理，研究了军用飞机长期封存过程中预防金属材料腐蚀、抑制非金属材料老化的具体方法；采用多层复合薄膜作为阻隔材料，根据飞机结构外形，设计了模块化软质密闭封套。针对飞机材料品种繁多的特点，封套内部集成防霉、防锈、静态去湿、除氧等多种手段，制造适宜飞机整机长期封存的“人工小气候”。批量封存5年的飞机与封存前相比性能没有下降，实现了军用飞机长期封存的目标。该技术也可用于其它大型装备的长期封存。
