军用飞机长期封存防腐理论研究与实践

摘    要:阐述了飞机长期封存的基本原理,研究了军用飞机长期封存过程中预防金属材料腐蚀、抑制非金属材料老化的具体方法;采用多层复合薄膜作为阻隔材料,根据飞机结构外形,设计了模块化软质密闭封套。针对飞机材料品种繁多的特点,封套内部集成防霉、防锈、静态去湿、除氧等多种手段,制造适宜飞机整机长期封存的“人工小气候”。批量封存5年的飞机与封存前相比性能没有下降,实现了军用飞机长期封存的目标。该技术也可用于其它大型装备的长期封存。
