| 摘 要： | 介绍了现代舰船装备面临的复杂电磁环境，在分析电磁辐射对人员危害机理（热效应与非热效应）的基础上，结合舰船电磁辐射对人员的损伤最新进展，从实际设计和管理控制的角度提出受舰船电磁辐射危害的人员四大防护技术和措施，着重阐述了个人防护技术。
