摘    要:分析了大型低温环境试验室制冷技术的现状,提出了基于复叠式制冷的复合降温方式。通过冷负荷计算,确定了制冷系统核心设备制冷机组压缩机的选型,采用基于PLC的PID控制系统,实现了试验室温度参数的精确控制。

Abstract:Current situation of refrigeration technology of large low temperature environmental test chamber was analyzed, and compound refrigeration system based on overlapping refrigeration was put forward. Compressors were selected through cooling load calculation. Precise control of environmental test chamber temperature was realized with PID control system based on PLC.
