某枪用工程塑料环境适应性改进试验研究

摘    要:采用实验室环境试验的方法,对5种枪械上、下护手用工程塑料和4种枪械弹匣用工程塑料,开展了耐磨性、耐候性、长贮性及抗霉性试验,筛选了综合性能最优的2种材料,经典型自然环境试验站的自然环境试验验证,认为改进工艺的工程塑料环境适应性明显优于原工艺,耐环境变色能力提高1~2级。

Abstract:The wearability,weatherability,long-term storage and anti-mildew performance of five kinds engineering plastic used in rifle handguard and four kinds of rifle magazine were evaluated by laboratory tests,and then two kinds of them which have best synthetical performance was screened out.It was validated by environmental tests in typical environmental test station.It was concluded that the environmental worthiness of improved engineering plastic is better than that of the original;the color changing performance has 1-2 grades improvement.
