摘    要:基于桥梁全寿命周期考虑,通过对包覆防腐、涂层防腐、密封胶与涂层联合防腐等常用防腐技术的防腐材料、施工工艺和防腐时效等进行了综合经济对比分析,得出氧化聚合型包覆防腐蚀技术具备防腐蚀材料先进性、施工质量可控性等优点,是桥梁钢构件连接螺栓的最优腐蚀防护方案。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the consideration of the whole life cycle of the bridge, the comprehensive economic comparison and analysis of the anti-corrosion materials, construction technology and anti-corrosion effectiveness of the wrapping anti-corrosion, coating anti-corrosion, sealant and coating combined anti-corrosion and other common anti-corrosion technologies has been studied. The results show that the technology of corrosion protection with oxidation polymerization has the advantages of advanced corrosion resistant materials and controllable construction quality. It is the best corrosion protection plan for connecting bolts of bridge steel members.
