海水环境因素与材料腐蚀相关性研究

摘    要:海洋环境中金属材料的腐蚀速率主要受温度、pH值、溶解氧、盐度等环境因素的影响。基于材料的海洋腐蚀试验数据,分析了海水环境因素与材料腐蚀速率之间的关系,利用线性回归建立了环境因素与材料腐蚀之间的关系,应用人工神经网络BP算法建立了环境因素与材料腐蚀的作用模型,预测结果能较好地反映出海水环境因素对材料腐蚀速率的影响。

Abstract:Material corrosion in seawater is a function of water salinity,temperature,oxygen content,pH and so on.The relation between seawater environment factors and corrosion rate was analyzed.The regression analysis and neural network model for material corrosion rate in seawater environment was set up according to the material corrosion speed data under different seawater environment factors.The forecast results of BP neural networks reflect the influence of seawater environmental factors on corrosion rate wel1.
