Problem analysis and countermeasure proposal about environmental monitoring informatization

Environmental monitoring informatization is the important means of environmental management modernization, and informatization construction is the important part of modem monitoring. Based on the construction status, it analysed the ＂information island＂, system unbalance, delays and other issues in the current process, put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as beginning with IT planning and following project management, and explained according to the practical experience. Solving these problems will promote environmental monitoring informatization work more efficiently and reasonably, enhance the monitoring information, and improve the level of the environmental management and decision.
