摘    要:做为火电厂环境影响评价的重点之一,如何才能使环评提出的噪声控制措施更合理,如何才能更科学地评价火电厂噪声对周围环境的影响,尤其是采用直接空冷机组的火电厂,是一个实际工作中常遇到的问题。本文根据近几年从事火电厂环评工作经验,对直接空冷机组噪声控制和环境影响评价方法进行了讨论。

Study on Noise Control and its EIA methodologies for Thermal Power Plant of Direct Air-cooled Units

Abstract:As a major concern of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for thermal power plants, it is a frequent issue in real practices that how to further optimize EIA noise control programs, or how to even more scientifically assess environmental impacts of noises generated by thermal power plants, direct air-cooled units in particular. With references to practices on thermal power plant in recent years, a tentative discussion was made in this paper on noise control in thermal power plants of air-cooled units and also its EIA methodologies.
