摘    要:城市生态环境保护是生态文明建设的重要组成部分之一,而餐厨垃圾是影响城市生态环境的一种主要污染源,因此,有效处理餐厨垃圾也是当前城市生态环境保护的重要内容。本文以重庆市为例,针对其特殊的餐厨垃圾组成成分,调查分析了其主城区餐厨垃圾污染状况及处理难点,提出了3种主要处理方案情景并进行综合效益评价。结果表明建立餐厨垃圾小型处理站是最优方案,其成本效益核算结果说明当政府基金和垃圾产量有限时,也可采用缩小处理站规模以达到最高的组合效益。

Urban food residue treatment project based on scenario analysis

Abstract:Urban eco-environmental protection is one of the vital components of the ecological civilization construction. As food residue is contained in the sources of contamination which impact the urban coo-environment. So the effective treatment process of food residue has become a significant aspect of city ecological environment protection. The study analyzed the food residue composition with the characteristics of diet culture and life style of residents in Chongqing taken into comprehensive consideration and based on questionnaire investigation to discuss the current pollution and treatment difficulties of food residue in Chongqing. According to environmental benefit, economic benefit and social benefit we proposed three treatments and conducted scenario analysis. Through analytic hierarchy process to evaluate three treatments, the study showed that the establishment of small-sized disposal stations has the highest comprehensive benefits. Further analysis of cost-effective of small-sized disposal stations indicated that it's feasible to reduce scales of the stations when the government funds and trash output is limited in order to achieve the highest comprehensive efficiency.
