污泥膨胀问题与序列间歇式活性污泥法

摘    要: 为了进一步探索污泥膨胀的影响因素,研究序列间歇式活性污泥法(Sequencing Batch Reactor,简称SBR法)发生污泥膨胀的可能性。本文在参阅大量有关文献的基础上,系统地阐述了在普通活性污泥法中引起污泥膨胀的本质原因、影响因素和控制方法与措施。试验结果表明,虽然SBR法的底物降解过程是一个理想的推流式,它确实是活性污泥法中最不易发生污泥膨胀的工艺。但是,这并不意味着SBR法不可能发生污泥膨胀,通过大量试验发现,在低负荷和沉淀及闲置时间过长时.SBR法也会产生污泥膨胀。

Abstract:In order to find out the factors causing sludge bulking and study the possibility of sludge bulking in sequencing batch reactor(SBR) , this paper explains systematically the essential reason and effect factors causing sludge bulking as well as control method in the conventional activated sludge process on the basis of a lot of literature.The experimental results show that the substrates degradation in SBR is an ideal plud-flow process which is really hardest to cause sludge bulking,but it does not mean that sludge bulking is impossible. While low-loading and much longer settling and idling time,sludge bulking would occur in SBR.
