| 摘 要： | 概述了现行环境法体系,具体分析了现行环境法体系中存在的4个方面的问题,并从环境法体系、市场手段、认证制度和公众参与等方面对完善现行环境法体系提出了比较详细的对策建议,使我国的环境法体系能够符合社会主义市场经济体制的要求.

| Abstract: | The existing statutory system of environment is summarized and four aspects of its problems are analyzed concretely. From the angles of statutory system of environmental, market approach, attestation system and public participation rather detailed suggestion of countermeasure is brought forward to perfect the existing statutory system of environment to make it in line with market economic system of socialism. |
