靛兰染色废水处理的有效工艺及设备

摘    要:为解决色织企业靛兰染色废水治理问题,在工艺实验研究的基础上,成功地采用了“预处理-物化-生化”工艺,并研制安装了一套处理能力为300m3/d的专用设备,经检测各项指标达到国家排放标准,其中SS、CODcr、BOD5、S2-、色度、苯胺的去除率分别为73.5%、73.5%、84.98%、96.28%、96.92%、100%。在多年运行中证明该工艺及其设备性能稳定、操作简单、投资省、运转成本低。

Abstract:An effective treatment technology and apparatus for dyeing waste water of indigo is reported;a pretreatment-physicochemical-biochemical technology is used;and a suit of productive apparatus is designed which has the ability to treat dyeing waste water of indigo 300m3 per day.After treated,each quota meets the requirements of waste water discharge standards GB8978-88;and the reduction rates of SS,CODCr,BOD5,S2-,color and aniline are 73.5%,73.5%,84.98%,96.28%,96.92% and 100% respectively.A few years'operation proves that the performance is stable;the operation is simple;and the investment and the cost of operation are low.
