内蒙古典型草原土壤N2O产生的机理探讨

摘    要:利用AIM乙炔抑制法,首次测试了我国典型草原土壤与N2O 产生相关的微生物参数,并通过分析研究不同类型草原土壤N2O 产生的微生物过程和相关微生物菌群的季节变化,揭示了内蒙古典型草原土壤N2O产生是以异养硝化作用过程为主的微生物过程,从而解释了内蒙古典型草原土壤N2O通量较低及其季节变化特征的微生物学机理.

Abstract:The microbiological processes parameters related to N2O production in Chinese typical grassland soils was firstly determined by using the acetylene-inhibition method (AIM); and seasonal variations of related bacteria groups and the process in different types of the soils were analysed. Results show that the heterotrophic nitrification is the key microbiological processes for N2O production in the typical grassland soils of Inner Mongolia. Thus explain the biological mechanism of lower N2O flux and the characteristics of seasonal variation in the typical grassland soils.
