摘    要:采用固定化光合细菌的转盘式生物反应器处理味精废水.结果表明,在好氧(微氧)条件下,COD去除能力比在厌氧条件下强.在无曝气条件下,高浓度物料容易导致厌氧发酵.最佳转盘转数为80r/min.当转盘外缘线速高于0.52m/s时,生物膜剥离趋势加剧.采用预酸化-厌氧-好氧串并联工艺处理味精废水,系统运行稳定.COD去除率达92%以上,同时可产具有应用价值的富含光合细菌的菌泥.

Abstract:The wastewater from glutamate industry was treated by immobilized Rhodospirillum in a rotating bio-disc reactor.The results showed that the COD removing capacity under aerobic condition was higher than that under anaerobic condition. High concentration of substrate resulted easily in an anaerobic fermentation when the aeration system was not provided. The optimal rotating velocity of bio-disc was 80r/min. When the linear rate of the outer circle of the disc was higher than 0.52m/sec, the immobilized bio-film on the disc was washed-off seriously. A series-parallel connection technology including pro-acidification, anaerobic and aerobic bio-reaction systems used for the treatment of glutamate waste water ran with good stability and high COD removing rate (>92%), meanwhile,the by-produced biomass with higher concentration of Rhodospirillum was worthful for application.
