M-DNB和P-DNB对鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶的影响

摘    要:为阐明M-DNB和P-DNB对鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶的影响,在体内实验条件下,测定了鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶的活性。间-二硝基苯M-DNB和对-二硝基苯P-DNB对鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶均有明显的抑制作用,EC50值分别为1.382mg/L和0.0807mg/L。鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶对P-DNB的敏感性比对M-DNB更高。

Abstract:The effects of M-DNB and P-DNB on Ct of carp liver Invivo were carried out.The results show that M-DNB and P-DNB cause fairly strong inhibition to Ct of carp.Satisfactory straight lines were obtained by plotting the probits of inhibition percentage of Ct against the logarithmic concentration of toxicants.The concentrations required to effect 50% inhibition of M-DNB and P-DNB to Ct of carp livers were 1.382 mg/L and 0.0807 mg/L respectively. Enzyme tests also indicated that the sensitivity of liver Ct to P-DNB was greater than that of liver Ct to M-DNB.
