摘    要: 在3种不同的低温驯化策略下启动3套规格相同的厌氧序批式生物膜反应器(ASBBR),在对运行过程中氮素变化规律进行分析的同时,利用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术对生物膜上的细菌种群结构进行分析,初步考察了厌氧氨氧化的活性.结果表明,对应a1、a2和a33种不同的低温驯化策略,A1、A2和A33个反应器分别经过62,56,70d的驯化后,表现出不同的厌氧氨氧化活性.以氮素转化效率作为衡量标准,其活性依次为A3>A1>A2.DGGE分析进一步说明,在不同的驯化策略下,反应器表现出不同的种群多样性,但种群结构基本保持一致;在接种物相同的策略中,降温幅度对种群多样性的影响与其对厌氧氨氧化活性的影响具有一致性.

Abstract:Under three different kinds of low temperature domestication strategy, three sets of the anaerobic sequence batch biofilm reactors (ASBBR) with the same specification were studied. The traditional analytical method was used to analyse the nitrogen change in the process of operation, simultaneously techniques of denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) was used to analyse the species group structure of the biofilm, and the activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidation was preliminary investigated. Corresponding to the three different kinds of low temperature domestication strategy: al, a2 and a3, A1, A2 and A3 reactors showed different anaerobic ammonia oxidation activity after domestication in 62, 56, 70d respectively. Taking the nitrogen transformation efficiency as a measurement criteria, its activities in turn were A3>A1>A2. The DGGE analysis further explained that under different domestication strategies the reactors displayed different specie-diversities, but the population structure maintained almost the same. In the strategy with the same inoculums, temperature decreasing range had uniformly influence on the population diversity and the anaerobic ammonia oxidation activity.
