摘    要:从地球演化的观点,探讨了环境问题是地表环境进入人文时期发生的一种新行星现象,其形成过程归纳为源、流、场、效应的链式机制,考虑到对环境问题的防治,构成了源、流、场、效应和调控的链式关系,并结合中国的环境状况,讨论了我国近期环境科学发展的动向

Abstract:This paper discusses the causation of environmental issues, their mechanism of forming process. It is well known that the human induced global and regional environmental pollution and ecological damage and their negative impacts on environments for human survival are new phenomenon occurred on the planet where we live, and they are also new features of modern earth surface. Environmental pollution and ecological damage are identical in source of origin, but they differ from each other in nature,hence, solutions to each of them also vary. Environmental pollution and ecological damage are two types of environmental issues that interact each other. It is an universal phenomena of global extent occurred upon ertering into humanistic (amthropoloqical) periodic product on earth. The formation mechanism is considered as new concept: four chains of source, flew, field, effect accountable for environmental issues can thus be identified. The last part introduces the present status of environmental pollution and eccological damage, and discusses development trend of environmental science in China.
