底栖生物群落结构变化多元变量统计分析

摘    要: 在生物物种水平上,对原始生物丰度数据经过四次方根变换,采用Bray-Curtis相似性测量和组间平均聚类分析,以及MDS序列分析等多元统计分析方法,评价了大连潮间带大型底栖生物群落结构变化。结果表明,多元统计分析方法正确展示了由于污染梯度变化引起的群落结构梯度变化关系。与生物多样性指数方法分析结果比较,多元统计分析方法分析污染群落结构变化较灵敏。

Abstract:Multivariate analysis methods were used to define the intertital zone macrobenthos community change in Dalian Bay. The 24 stations are grouped into 4 main clusters using classification and multi dimentional scaling (MDS) ordination techniques. These are both based on root root transformed abundance data with Bray Curtis measures of similarity. The results of the analysis show clearly different human disturbing levels in the area. The Shannon diversity index was used to assess the benthic community change, but it is not sensitive to identify the change induced by human disturbing in the case.
