氟与硒对鱼类联合毒性的研究

摘    要: 采用斑马鱼长、短效应测定技术研究了氟硒共存的联合毒性。结果表明在氟硒毒性1:1情况下,96h内均为拮抗作用。但在浓度1:1情况下短效应实验,24h为拮抗作用,48h为相加作用.96h为协同作用。鱼类长效应快速测定结果也为毒性明显增大的协同作用。

Abstract:Thr joint toxicity of fluoride and selenium to zebrafish(B. rerio) were studied in acute tests and long effect. Additive index method was to evaluate the joint toxic effects. Results showed that the combined toxicity were antagonism in 24h, 48h and 96h(toxicity 1:1). But combined toxicities were antagonism action at 24h , addition action at 48h and synergism action at 96h (in acute tests, concentration 1:1). The combined toxicity was synergism action in long effect to fish.
