摘    要:研究了扑草净和琥珀酸酯磺酸钠(OT)对蛋白核小球藻(Chlorellapyrenoidosa)的单种毒性效应和联合毒性效应.结果表明,无论扑草净和OT是单独使用还是混合使用,低浓度下对蛋白核小球藻均表现出一定的刺激生长的效应,藻细胞密度升高,叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量呈上升趋势,抗氧化酶SOD和POD活性均上升.随扑草净和OT浓度的增加,刺激生长效应消失,抑制生长作用增强,叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量均下降,SOD和POD活性呈先上升后下降趋势,同时丙二醛含量急剧升高,引起细胞膜脂过氧化.在混合使用时,两者均为低浓度,刺激生长现象比两者单独使用时更加明显;两者均为高浓度时则对蛋白核小球藻的抑制作用更强.表明不同浓度条件下扑草净和OT表现出相加、拮抗和协同3种不同的效应.

Abstract:The single and joint toxicity effects of prometryne and amber acid ester-sodium sulfonat (OT) on Chlorella pyrenoidosa were studied. No matter whether used singly or jointly, under low concentration, prometryne and OT, manifested definite effect of stimulating growth on Chlorella pyrenoidosa; density of algae cell raised, the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein tended to raise, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) all raised. The effect of stimulating growth vanished and the action of inhibiting growth was obvious swelled with increasing in concentrations of prometryne and OT; the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein all decreased and the activities of SOD and POD tended to increase initially, and then decrease. Meanwhile the malonyldialdehyde (MDA) content increased rapidly, inducing cell membrane lipid peroxidtion. Their stimulating growth in joint use under low concentrations was more obvious than in single use; and their joint inhibiting of Chlorella pyrenoidosa was more strong under high concentrations, indicating that prometryne and OT manefited three different effects of addition, antagorision and synergism under different concentrations.
