| Abstract: | The limitations of traditional evaluation method are first analyzed in this paper; then, the starting points and the value viewpoint of urban transportation environment impact evaluation orienting sustainable development are discussed; and finally, the basic conceiving for the evaluation system of urban transportation environment impact orienting sustainable development is put forward, including the principles, objects, essentials, indexes, sequence, content method, etc. |
