巴西基酸生产废水膜生物工艺处理试验研究

摘    要: 采用间歇式好氧膜生物工艺(好氧曝气-超滤)对巴西基酸生产废水进行了处理实验研究,结果表明,在其它条件一定,操作周期为12、24、36、48h时,超滤液COD浓度分别为160、151、139、160mg/L,水通量逐步提高;当容积负荷为1.2、2.4、3.6、4.8kg/md时,超滤液COD浓度变化不大,但水通量下降;当泥龄分别为5、10、20、50d时,超滤波COD浓度分别为303、260、171、169mg/L,水通量上升。

Abstract:Membrane biological process(MBP) treatment of organic wastewater was studied from brassylic acid manu-facturing plant in the laboratory The test membrane bioreactor process contained batch type aerobic biological treatmentand ultrafiltration. The test result indicated that the permeate COD concentration was 160, 151, 139 and 160mg/L and theflux increased when the operation period was 12,24.36 and 48 hours respectively. When the volume organic loading was1.2, 2.4, 3.6 and 4.8 kg/m3. d respectively, the permeate COD concentration was almost the same, but the flux reduced.When the activated sludge age was 5,10,20 and 50 days respectively, the permeate COD concentration was 303,260, 1 7 1and 169mg/L,while the flux increased gradually.
