杀虫双生产废水的预处理研究

摘    要:研究杀虫双生产废水的预处理工艺,对碱性废水采用减压蒸馏法脱盐,馏出比1/3,真空度40kPa,10次循环蒸馏,脱盐率达77%,馏出液的可生化性好,可直接生物处理,酸性废水,尾气吸收废水经混合调碱处理后,CODcr去除率达75%,BODs/CODcr由原水的0.08提高至0.36,各股废水预处理后混合,经7d间歇生化处理的CODcr去除率达68%。

Abstract:Pretreatment of wastewater from dimehypo production has been studied. Vaccum distillation was found to be a good choice to separate the salt from alkaline wastewater with the condition that the distillate could be treated by bio-methods directly, since its good biodegradability was about 1/3 of raw wastewater under vaccum tightness of 40KPa for 10 circulations, the removal of salts was up to 77%. For the mixture of acidic wastewater and wastewater absorbed exhaust gas, it could be achieved about 75%. Removal of CODcr and increment of BOD5/CODcr from 0.08 up to 0.36 by pH adjustment, 68% CODcr could be removed for pre-treated mixed wastewater by batch-biotreatment in 7 days.
