摘    要:采用焚烧法,利用原有20吨锅炉,处理24.1t/d高浓度有机废水。经2年多的运行试验,结果表明,在保证锅炉安全运行条件下,把废水冷直接喷射入锅炉焚烧,能解决废水的处理;该方法投资省,焚烧情况良好灰渣及飞灰含碳量均有所降低,对锅炉出力、效率无显著影响。

Abstract:By using existing 20-tonne boiler to treat 24.1 T/d of high concentrated organic wastewater with incineration process. During two years test, for ensuring safe operation, to spray wastewater into the boiler directly and burnt, then the pollution of wastewater could be entirely solved. The advantages of this method were: less investment, good working state and harmless to the boiler, and can be reduced carbon content of ash.
