| 摘 要： | 通过对上海第一化纤厂粘胶纤维生产的个案审计，找出主要问题是生产过程中逸出ＣＳ２和Ｈ２Ｓ气体，大量Ｚｎ＾２＋进入废水使得污泥难以处置。水，电，煤消耗量过大等。提出的４类５４条清洁生产措施被采纳后，明显改善环境状况，投资成本可在３年内全部收回后产生净效益。

| Abstract: | The main problems from audit of viscose staple production in Shanghai NO.1 Chemical Factory could be classified as: process emission of CS2 and H2S to air, large amount of zinc discharged into waste water and caused the sludge difficult to be disposed, and exceeding consumption of water, electricity and coal etc.; then 45 practical measures have been proposed. The pay-back period of these measures implemented for three years, environmental effect as well as economic benefit were evident. |
