| 摘 要： | 对建设项目进行环境影响经济评价的类型划分基础上，提出了环境影响经济评价指标体系，环境影响评价的“有无对比法”和“增量评价法”以及实例，并就评价方法运用的进一步研究，如评价参数的选取、评价结果的处理等提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the categories of the development projects have been classified. The economic assessment criteria and criteria system of environmental effect were established. The methods of "contrast between have and not have" and "assessment of increment" and actual case of application about economic assessment of environmental impact were given. At the same time, proposed about use of methods, selection of parameters, management of result etc. were performed. |
