摘    要:用9种无机絮凝剂(包括无机高分子)对PVC生产废水的絮凝效果进行了比较和选择:选用聚合硫酸铝(PAS)为絮凝剂,用以取代进口药剂对PVC废水的絮凝沉淀处理,进行了实验室工艺条件试验,确定其使用的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,当废水进水PH值为6.0-7.0时,PAS的投加量最小,而CODcr去除率>90%,这表明用国产PAS取代进口药剂处理PVC废水是完全可行的。

Abstract:Compared with the coagulating effects of nine kinds of inorganic and inorganic polymer coagulants on wastewater from PVC manufacture process was presented. Experiments of coagulation sedimentation of polyaluminum sulfate (PAS) for displacing imported reagents in PVC wastewater were conducted in laboratory to select the optimum process conditions. The results showed that the dosage of PAS was the least (about 190mg/l) and treatment effect was best (CODcr removal efficiency was more than 90%) when pH of wastewater was between 6.0 and 7.0. It proved that by using domestic PAS instead of imported reagents for treating PVC wastewater is completely feasible.
