摘    要:研究了循环流化床的流体混合时间及充氧特性。结果表明,空床时流体混合时间在12~23s之间;随着气体流量,载体投加量的增大,流体混合时间缩短;液体流量增加,对混合时间影响不大;液含率随气体流量的增加略有下降,气体率随着气体流量的增加略有增大,液含率、气含率随着液体流量的增加基本保持不变;液体流量的变化对液含率的影响远小于气体;KLa反应器内流体的紊流程度有关,载体的引入对KLa的影响复杂,总的趋势为

Abstract:The characteristics of fluid mixing time and oxygen transfer in circulating fluidized bed have been studied. The fluid mixing times were between 12 and 23 seconds and they decreased with increase of gas flux and solid holdup. Fluid mixing time decreased slightly with increase of gas flux, while gas holdup increased slightly. The effect of gas flux change was much bigger than that of fluid flux change. Efficiency of oxygen transfer was effected by turbulence and decreased with the holdup of particles in the bed.
