| Abstract: | A method for detecting genotoxicity in water by using Unscheduled DNA Synthesis Test (UDS Test) was established. The result showed that the testing conditions were feasible, and UDS test demonstrated the genotoxicity of the samples from the point of Unscheduled DNA Synthesis. It is one of the simple and practicable means for comprehensive assessment of water quality. |
